1.Our order processing time

Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Pipelineaccessories.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-5:00 pm (PST).

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 10:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

We will give you priority processing.

2. Where we ship from?

Our warehouse address is 12536 Parker Ln, Clinton, Maryland, and your Screws products will be shipped from there after you place your order.

In order to provide the best shopping experience and service to our customers, we have a local distribution center and supply chain in the US to ensure fast delivery and efficient after-sales support.

Therefore, we only support US orders.

3.What is our Shipping Cost?

Free shipping by Fedex Shipping on orders over $50.

For orders under $50, you’ll pay $4.8.

Note: The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.

4.Our Delivery Time

Our delivery time is 3-8 business days. The details will be as follows:

Orders placed before the cut-off time of 5:00 pm.

(1) Order processing time is 1-3 business days.

(2) Shipping time is 2-5 business days.

5.About the packaging & Sign for receipt

Our Screws are wrapped in foam bags, and then put into the outer packaging bag to seal, and finally all products will be shipped uniformly.

After Screws products are shipped, we will send you the name of the courier company and the tracking number to your email address.

You can also get the courier company and the tracking number in “account order details“.

After receiving the Screws, if the damage is found (e.g. broken, rusted, quantity shortage, etc.), please email us via [email protected], and we will offer a return or exchange for you.
