1.Our return processing time

Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Pipelineaccessories.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-5:00 pm (PST).

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 10:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

We will give you priority processing.

2. How do I cancel my order?

In order for you to enjoy a better shopping service, we provide an online order cancellation function, which we hope will meet your needs.

On the account order details page, you can find the option to cancel your order and follow the instructions.

Please note that the valid cancellation time is 1 hour, i.e. the order can be cancelled within 1 hours after the order is placed.

If your order has already been packaged and processed, then it cannot be cancelled.

Orders will be delivered directly to the logistics company for delivery after they are packaged, and we are unable to perform further operations. Please understand our work.

3.How long are returns valid for?

Our returns are valid until 7 natural days after the Screws products arrives.

If you have received the Screws products for more than 7 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return.

4.About back goods freight and re-listing fees

– If a return is requested due to a product quality issue with Screws (e.g. broken, rusted, quantity shortage, etc.), shipping costs will be the responsibility of Pipelineaccessories.com.

– If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We do not charge re-listing fees.

5.Return Process

To return or exchange the Screws products, please contact us at [email protected]within 7 natural days of receiving the Screws, we will prioritize your order.

Returns of Screws products are subject to the following conditions.

(1) Returns of Screws products should be made within 7 natural days.

(2) Screws products purchased from Pipelineaccessories.com.

(3) The Screws should be in new condition.

(4) Screws products have non-human caused quality problems (such as broken, rusted, etc.) during use.

Please send the Screws product in its original packaging to 12536 Parker Ln, Clinton, Maryland.

After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.

– Name of courier company

– Tracking number

6.How do I get a Refund?

When a return request is created by your Pipelineaccessories.com and you have sent your package to the Pipelineaccessories.com return address.

Pipelineaccessories.com will perform a quality check after signing for your returned package.

If your returned item meets the requirements of the Pipelineaccessories.com return policy, we will immediately process your refund.
